該機(jī)是針對(duì)粉末物料實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)包裝而設(shè)計(jì)的雙輥筒的包裝機(jī)械。采用了先進(jìn)的PLC控制系統(tǒng)，通過觸摸屏可完成大部分的功能設(shè)置。獨(dú)有的光電系統(tǒng)，能自動(dòng)跟蹤并鎖定光標(biāo)位置。封口采用輥筒方式，花紋采用完整、連續(xù)的棋盤紋。還配有方便開袋的易撕口切口裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)了制袋、充填、封口、光電自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)、切斷、計(jì)數(shù)等自動(dòng)包裝過程。
This machine is designed to be dual roller type in order to realize automatic packaging powder materials, built-in PLC control system and touch screen to finished most of functions’ setting. Exact photoelectric detecting system can automatically tracking position of cursor. Uses roller sealing method with chessboard pattern and easy tear notch device. All these devices cooperating with each other, realize bag form, fill, seal, calibration, cut, count and etc. functions fully automatic.
